Two craftsmen coming together: that of Geraci extra virgin olive oil from Nocellara del Belìce, and that of Sicilian art in decorated ceramics.
The ceramic bottle contains EVO oil from Nocellara del Belìce, a variety grown in the Trapani area, hand-harvested and cold-pressed. The oil is stored in steel silos under nitrogen at a constant temperature of 15-18°C before bottling.
Medium fruity of green olive, the flavor is medium spicy and slightly bitter, with hints of artichoke, leaf, grass and tomato.
Raw, it accompanies soups, cheeses, legumes, meat, fish and salads. In cooking, it can be used on roasts or in the preparation of sauces, fish baked in foil, and pinzimonio.
